Client Service & Operations Manager
Misty Wallace is the Client Service & Operations Manager for Coastal Retirement Advisors. While new to the firm, she brings with her over three years of experience working directly with our Broker-Dealer, Cambridge Investment Research. In 2017 she started as a Brokerage Operations Consultant with a primary focus on new account paperwork and setup.
After six months in this role, she was promoted to Partner Support New and Existing Account Maintenance where she utilized her existing knowledge but was also able to hone her skills in client service. In this role, she was able to work directly with advisors, administration staff and clients on many topics with regard to new account forms and update processes. What she enjoyed most about this role was that every day there was something new to learn.
Accepting a position with Coastal Retirement Advisors as the Firm’s Client Service & Operations Manager was an obvious “Ideal Fit” for Misty. The mission and the core values of the Firm were incredibly important factors in her decision to come on board. Now she plans on incorporating all of the skills she acquired while working with our broker-dealer, but with an even stronger focus on the needs of the clients.
Her biggest goal is to help clients feel comfortable in each step of the new account process, as well as offer ongoing support with questions and updates in their accounts.
